Returns Policy
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
Signing for Parcels:
1) Please check the parcel(s) carefully for signs of damage. If any are found, mark the carriers\' delivery note clearly \'CARTON DAMAGED\'.
2) Check that the number of parcels corresponds with the number on the carriers\' delivery note before signing.
3) Open and check the contents of the parcel AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Report any transit damage that was not visible from the outside, to the telephone number on our delivery note WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SIGNING FOR GOODS.
4) As soon as possible, test the items. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, MANUALS etc. until this is done (and preferably longer - see Returns section). In the unlikely event of something not working due to a manufacturing fault, contact us at info@doghousemusic.net We will contact you and take you through the returns procedure.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the United Kingdom\'s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, This applies to all of our products. However, we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software, video, DVD, Books and Audio where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product(s), which is unused and in an \"as new\" condition. Please note that \"as new\" condition means the condition in which the item was sent to you, we will not accept returns of goods where there is cosmetic damage caused by use of the product prior to it\'s return. All packaging, power adapters (if applicable), manuals etc. must be returned with the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely, and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of delivery or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact Doghouse Music within 7 working days to discuss the return.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
As soon as the item has been received and checked, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
We can deliver to any UK address, providing that this is approved by your bank or card issuer during the payment process. Please note that the billing address requested during the order process MUST be the registered card address, as this information will be checked with your card issuer. |
